Description
Yellow Rose is a lightly roasted oolong tea. The light processing allows it to be oxidized just enough to remove the astringency and bitterness without losing its elegant floral aroma. Yellow Rose has a woody taste, but not the heavy charcoal roasted taste of other Wuyi rock teas.
