Kuding, whose English name is Leaf of Chinese Holly, leaf of Broadleaf Holly, is an evergreen tree belonging to the Aquifoliaceae family. Boil it and drink it, it quenches thirst, improves eyesight, relieves restlessness, keeps people awake, eliminates phlegm and promotes diuresis, clears the small intestine, treats stranguria, relieves headaches and fever, and clears the diaphragm.” It can be seen that Kuding tea was very famous in the Lingnan area of ??the Ming Dynasty.
